agencyinsightlab.com is a software service delivered over the internet. There is no physical product, nothing is posted or couriered, and no shipping charge is ever added to an order. This page explains how and when what you buy is delivered to you.
1. What is delivered
Everything Tistasoft Private Limited sells is digital:
- Subscription plans — access to the agencyinsightlab.com application at app.agencyinsightlab.com, at the capacity your plan describes.
- Credit packs — a credit balance added to your workspace.
- Capacity add-ons — an increase to a limit on your existing plan.
2. When it is delivered
Immediately. As soon as our payment gateway confirms a successful payment, your account is updated automatically — a plan becomes active, credits appear in your balance, an add-on raises its limit. This normally takes a few seconds and no manual step is involved.
You will see the change reflected on the Billing screen straight away, and a confirmation email is sent to the address on your account.
3. If it has not arrived
If a payment has left your account but your plan or credits have not appeared within 30 minutes, it is almost always a gateway confirmation that has not yet reached us. Sign out and back in first. If it is still not there, email support@agencyinsightlab.com with the transaction reference and we will resolve it — usually the same working day, and always within 2 working days.
No payment that has been taken will be left undelivered. If we cannot activate what you bought, we refund it in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Reports, audits and exports
Deliverables produced inside the Service — scheduled reports, audit exports, generated articles, lead reports — are delivered in the application and, where you have configured it, by email to the recipients you specify. Scheduled reports go out on the cadence you set. Audits complete in minutes to hours depending on the number of URLs being crawled, and you are notified in the application when one is ready.
5. Service area
The Service is available worldwide wherever access to the internet and to our payment gateway is lawful. Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no delivery regions, delivery times or shipping restrictions.
6. Charges
There is no shipping, handling, delivery or courier charge on any order. The price you see at checkout, plus any taxes shown there, is the total amount payable.
