Your plan includes a monthly allowance for the things that cost us real compute — audits, article generation, map revisions. Past that allowance, those actions draw on credits. Every plan ships with a balance, and you can buy a credit pack at any time.
Nothing on a plan ever fails silently at a limit. The app tells you which ceiling you reached, what it costs to lift it and what the next plan includes — before the action runs.

Business plans are for people running their own one to five sites. Agency plans are built for running other people's: more sites, more seats, white-labelling from the first tier, bulk audits, and lead-capture scripts that scale per client.
Annual billing is charged once for twelve months at the lower monthly rate shown — roughly two months free against paying monthly. Both options are prepaid; there is no auto-debit mandate on your card.

Plans and credit packs are priced in US dollars and charged through Razorpay, which accepts major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets. Your card details are handled by Razorpay and never touch our servers.
We do. Write to us from your organisation's domain with a short description of what you are working on and we will send you the details.
Neither. Monthly plans run month to month, annual plans run for twelve months, and there is no onboarding fee on any tier.
